tweak to extruder body
...
fixed ~1mm slope in extruder feed tube, extended 1mm toward drive gear
for more support for flex filament, and added 1.75 emboss mark to the
body.

updated x-carriage
...
the top of the belt holders on the X carriage were raised by 4mm, which
makes the belt more parallel with the top of the X idler belt guide. an
image of it is included in doc/
